How do you order?
From the home page, select the desired quantity of magnets, upload the images, add to cart, and proceed to payment. Uploading is simple and fast, both from your computer and mobile phone.
What payment methods are available?
Credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is secured with strict security standards.
Is it possible to pay cash to the courier?
No. Payment is made online only through the website.
I did not receive an order confirmation/invoice by email - what should I do?
Check your spam folder. If it is not found, you can send us a message by email or WhatsApp with the order number and we will immediately look into the matter.
Change/Cancellation and Refunds
Can I cancel or return the order?
The products are custom made according to your photos, so there are no returns or exchanges.
Can I change images/text after ordering?
Yes. You can contact us up to 24 hours from the time of ordering for changes before production. We will do our best to fulfill them.
Photos and design
What files are recommended to upload?
Photos from your phone's gallery work fine. Bright, sharp photos are recommended. Avoid blurry screenshots.
Do you fix quality/color?
We make basic adjustments (crop, straighten, fine brightness balance) to maintain a natural and aesthetic appearance.
Will the colors be the same as on screen?
There may be slight color differences between screens and print - this is natural.
What is the size of the magnet?
Size of each magnet 5*5 cm.
Material, size and quality
What are magnets made of?
High-quality photo paper, laminated for protection, and a strong and durable magnetic backing, pleasant to the touch.
How to keep magnets for a long time?
Wipe gently with a dry/slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh scrubbing and chemical substances.
Does it stick to any refrigerator or metal surface?
In most cases, yes. If the refrigerator has a non-magnetic coating, it can be attached to a magnetic board, metal door, steel frame, etc.

Do the magnets come in a gift box?
Yes! Every shipment comes in personalized gift wrapping.
Sharing on networks
On the payment page you will be asked if it is acceptable for us to share inspiration from the studio. Those who prefer privacy - mark "no", and we will fully respect it.
Deliveries and delivery times
Where do you send it?
Deliveries nationwide - to your home or to a collection point (according to your choice at checkout).
What are the delivery times?
Production time: 1-3 business days.
Shipping time: Approximately 5-14 business days, depending on the security situation in Israel, weather, holidays, and more.
How do you track the shipment?
When the package is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with an update. You can always contact us with your order number.
Safety and privacy
Are magnets safe?
Intended for decoration, not a toy. Keep away from small children for fear of swallowing.
What happens to my photos after ordering?
Complete privacy. The images are kept for production and service purposes only, and after a reasonable period of time are deleted from our active work systems. We will not share without permission.
